Elliott Special Risks (ESR) is pleased to offer an Abuse Liability program which will serve to complement both our primary Commercial General Liability (CGL) and Sport, Leisure and Recreation (SLR) programs. Coverage is intended to respond to any act or threat involving molestation, harassment, corporal punishment or any other form of physical, sexual or mental abuse.
This cover must accompany an ESR CGL policy and is available in Canada only. At this time, we do not write cover for Indian bands, boarding schools, churches and/or religious institutions. Although our standard limits for this particular cover is $2M, we do have access through our Umbrella department for higher limits if necessary.
